I'm back with another Hair post >.> (I feel like the only time I ever play Freeplay anymore is to do these hair events)
I have been absent from The Sims Freeplay for most of the year, but logged in yesterday to find that there was a new hair event for males! It's called the Charming Barber Hair event.
There are a total of 8 hairs (shown below) and are unlocked in the same fashion as the Ringlets of Fire and Boutique Hair events before it (using the Fashion Design hobby) Additionally, the hairstyles are unlocked in a random order. They come in the same natural and unnatural colours as the Boutique Hair Event. These new hairs are really nice; they have this "125% chance of stealing your girl" type of quality to them.
Glossary of Hairs:
Below is a list with pictures of all of the hairstyles with their names and pictures, in order as they appear in the event screen.
1. Careless Murmur
2. Prince Charming
3. Many Directions
4. City Slicker
5. Dashing Afro
6. Lord Commander
7. Knotted Rogue
8. Top Dreads
Final Thoughts:
I actually felt that this event was more achievable than the others; I managed to unlock 5 of them in one day. The items on the final line of items were the hardest to get by far, as usual, and the only tip I can really give on getting those damned chi-chi heels is to be persistent.
Tips:
I would like to see more hair events, perhaps for children, teens, or elders next time, as their CAS items are more limited.
Happy Simming,
Y

Review from Previous Guide:
- To start, you must have access to the fashion design hobby.
- To unlock a hairstyle, you must complete the entire collection of fashion design collectibles.
- Completing the entire collection requires at least 1 Sim who has maxed out the fashion design skill.
- You must reset the collection to get the next hairstyle - otherwise your Sims' hard earned fashions will not count towards the next.
- The quest ends when the timer ends - it may come back in the future though!
- Try to keep your Sims in a good mood (Singing salmon, if you have them, are a great asset to have)
- Some collectibles are just tricky to get - you might just be unlucky. (For me, the Chi Chi heels on the last row was taking hours!) The best way to go about this is to just get more Sims designing.
- You only need to max one Sim's fashion skill, so don't bother trying to train everybody.
- Design Fashion (10 minutes) is the best choice but a little more micro-managing may be required.
- The more Sims working on fashion design, the better.
- Placing multiple design stations in a single building makes for faster designing and collecting.
- The hairstyles are unlocked in a random order - your favourite may be the last one unlocked D:

Tips:
- The more Sims practicing fashion design, the more chances you get at receiving pieces you need.
- Unless you have yet to have a single Sim (dead or alive) reach level 6 of the Fashion Design hobby, don't bother with the longer options and choose "Design Fashion" for 10 minutes at a time.
- Save your LP - the LP roll option often gives you a piece that you already own.
- Be persistent
